In a world that Jacek Bartosiak describes as a “strategic crosswind,” old alliances are faltering and supply chains are becoming political weapons. During the last Real History panel in Nadarzyn, I had the opportunity to ask Dr. Bartosiak about the role of circular technologies in building national resilience. The conclusions from discussions with Strategy&Future experts are clear: logistics is the lifeblood of war, and sovereignty begins with resource independence.
Re-Absorbent Oil: The answer to the challenges of Realpolitik
During the panel, I presented a product that, for supporters of realism, is not only an “ecological choice” but, above all, an operational asset.
In an era of broken supply chains, Poland should not rely solely on imports of minerals from China or the US. Our sorbent is made from 100% Polish waste, which builds real raw material self-sufficiency – we have the raw material here, on site.
A light “logistical tail” – the key to efficiency on the front line
Jacek Bartosiak often emphasizes that the army of the future must be efficient and mobile.
Re-Absorbent Oil fits into this vision through radical optimization of logistics:
- Weight reduction: Our sorbent weighs only 1/6 of traditional mineral sand while maintaining the same absorbency.
- Mobility: A 2-kilogram bag of Re-Absorbent Oil, almost unnoticeable in a toolbox, can collect up to 12 kg of spills on the road or in the field.
- Transport: On the scale of the entire armed forces, this means that six times fewer trucks are needed to transport the same rescue capacity.
Operational readiness in all conditions
In military logistics, the greatest risk is posed by machines with powerful hydraulic systems. Therefore, Re-Absorbent Oil should become standard equipment in the storage compartments of vehicles such as:
- KTO Rosomak: For rapid “drinking” of oil from hard-to-reach corners of the vehicle.
- Technical Security Vehicles (WZT): Where hydraulic crane failures require immediate response.
- Tankers and transport sets (Jelcz): Key for refueling aviation and diesel fuels, where hydrophobicity (100% buoyancy) is important.
- Transport of Abrams and K2 tanks: Heavy low-loader sets exposed to extreme loads and seal failures.
Not only Green Defense, but also pragmatism
The introduction of Re-Absorbent Oil is not only about meeting NATO’s “Green Defense” standards, but above all about caring for equipment and saving time. Our granules produce almost no dust (less than 5%), so they do not damage delicate machine components. After use, they offer a high calorific value (30–35 MJ/kg), which allows for effective energy recovery instead of costly and difficult disposal of tons of contaminated sand.
According to Piotr Zychowicz in his latest book, “Israel at War,” we must learn state efficiency from the best. We translate this efficiency into a concrete product.
📅 See you in Lublin!
Would you like to see Re-Absorbent Oil in action? We are planning to participate in the BORDER PROTECTION FAIR – EAST SHIELD. There, we will present how our technology realistically strengthens border security and reduces the logistical burden on uniformed services. Join us there!
